Cancun, Mexico

Bub and I are about to celebrate our 8th Anniversary. We decided to take a trip, (by ourselves) to Cancun, Mexico. This was our first trip like this and it was sooooooo fun! We saw so many amazing things that I knew existed but just in books. We got to see them in real life-it was awesome!

We went and visited some ruins, which were amazing. Really, it was a testimony builder for Bub and I both.

I took this picture laying down my beach chair next to Bub! It was paradise!
This picture was also from my Beach Chair.
Our Room is somewhere around there.
It was hard to take pictures because it was humid and my camera kept on fogging up:( But I have great memories!
We went to the market in Playa de Carmen-it was awesome!
I found these cute dresses for my girls!
Yummy drinks-Virgin of course!
We went to this awesome park called Xcaret, we saw tons of wild life, went snorkeling in underground rivers and swam with ocean fish. We had so much fun!

At Xcaret, there was a cool butterfly garden. Butterflies were all over the place- it was fun but a little hard to walk through. We were scared we would step on the butterflies.
This picture has part of the river that you float down and snorkel behind us-it was one of our favorite things.

This is the entrance to the underground river- I was so scared. I spent a long time on those stairs before I decided I would actually go in all the way.
We just finished our Snorkel trip-so fun! We were swimming with crazy ocean fish!

There are a bunch of sink holes in Cancun that people jump into and swim in.
This is a picture of the sink hole (sonote) we went to. It is so scary! I made Bub jump in and wait for me while I jumped in. I think I was in the water for about 1 min. I was in and out-it was much more fun just to look at everyone else do it:)
Bub found an awesome Taco Stand-he was so happy!
This was an experience of our life time I will never forget! Thanks babe for bringing me- we had so much fun! Hopefully someday we will get to do this again. Thanks to my family for watching the girls so we could go on this trip!

Hailey's First Day of School

The night before school started Hailey was feeling so anxious. It was kind of cute, I have never seen her so nervous about anything, but she was nervous about a lot of things related to school. She said she heard that 1st grad teachers are mean, she was scared she wouldn't know anyone, she was scared of getting lost at the school because now she is with the big kids. The poor girl's imagination was definitely working overtime. Bub gave Hailey a blessing that night, the next morning was uneventful and she made it to the bus with no problems. I thought about Hailey all day, wondered what she was doing at certain times of the day, I hoped she was happy. Then, 330 rolled around and I waited for the bus to drop her off. Hailey was so happy, she had the biggest smile on her face and said, "Mom, I was wrong, 1st grade is was better than Kindergarten!"

My Family has Grown

Last week my brother Sam and his beautiful bride were married in the Albuquerque, New Mexico temple. I traveled with my girls to go see this beautiful couple married.
The reception was in El Paso, Texas. It was a traditional Latin Wedding Reception with dancing until the early morning hours. We had so much fun! The girls danced and danced and then slept for a long time the next day.

Slip N' Slide

The good old Slip N' Slide. This is one of my favorite summer past times, so we had to re-live it this summer. Hailey and Mia played on this Slip N' Slide for hours this summer. I even played on it- good thing there are no pictures of that:)

Dad-You were wrong.

Hailey: Dad, did you know something you told me was wrong.
Bub: What was that Hailey?
Hailey: Once I had a stuffy nose, and you told me to cover one nose hole up and blow into the tissue and my boogers would come out. And I did it. Then I felt pop-pop-pop. The boogers went from my nose to my EARS!

Bub and I were laughing so hard when Hailey was telling us this-this girl just cracks me up.

Paparazzi-So Exciting!

I LOVE Paparazzi Accessories. They are so cute and fun and the best part is all items are only $5 each. Most necklaces come with earrings and it is still only $5 for the set. I was at Cedar Hills Days this summer when I first saw Paparazzi and LOVED it so I decided to join. I have to say it feels like Christmas every time I place a order and get new jewelry or hair accessories. I am loving it!!! These accessories makes a perfect give for any occasion or whenever you feel like you deserve to give yourself a reward for all that you do. If anyone is interested in seeing what I have, just let me know. If you want to have a party or get together with some friends, you can free jewelry too.

What a Blast

We did so many fun things this summer in Utah. These pictures are from Cedar Hills Days-so much fun. The girls did not want to get their faces washed for a long long time.

At the Highland City water park.
My parents had a full home this summer. The girls and I were there for6 weeks . Bub showed up for a few weeks. Both of my brothers were at home and my sister was home from college. It was party time! We stayed up past midnight every night. We had so much fun. Liza and I even got into Zumba-so fun!!!
We went to so many parades this summer in Utah-the girls loved it! My Mom got the girls some "little people" lawn chairs and the girls loved them they sat down for most of the parade just waiting for the treats to fall into their laps.
Hailey with Grandpa Dan at the PG parade.

Fun times at the Wilson Home
These girls love to be silly and when they are together, they are extra silly.
