Me: what song?
Hailey: we're all made of engines cause everything bends from the top of my head way down to my ends. Or else you will crack. You know, that song.
Bub: Hailey it's hinges. Hinges let things bend and move.
Hailey: I know Dad, engines make things move like what the cars have.

That is one big baby!
Mia had just finished her bath when I told Hailey to hop into the bath. I got Mia dressed and then went to supervise Hailey and this is what I found. One big baby in the baby bath! Hailey absolutely refused to get out of the baby bath. She stayed in there for 45 min. I could only get Hailey out once I told her that Mia peed in the baby bath. He he! It worked!
Mia is so calm in the tub and loves when we wash her hair.

Wow, I love these girls so much! I took Mia to her two week old Dr. appointment and guess what? She is now 7 lbs 10 0z. and she has grown 1/2 inch. Baby steps!
We really have not been up to much lately. We just stay home, hang out, and try to keep thing under control. It is like 2pm before we are even ready to think about leaving our home. Props to all you moms out there. You are all amazing, it takes a lot of hard work to be a Mom. I'm trying to learn how to take care of my two girls and every day feels like I've started back at square one, but I sure am enjoying my time with them. I love you Hailey and Mia!

Seconds old!
No longer a family of three. Hailey has been excited for weeks asking me every day if the baby was coming. Then she came to visit me before Mia was born and asked, "Why does the baby have to come today?" She told me to be brave and to only cry a little bit. I love my little but growing family. I am one lucky Mommy to have such awesome girls and a great hubby! Thank to all of our family and friends for your prayers and love!

What it's May!
So I guess it's the middle of May. What have we been up to? Well, here are a few pictures of what has been going on.
It has been warming up so we went with some friends to go feed the ducks at first dam. Those ducks are really brave, they ate bread right out of Hailey's hand.
Bub's parents came to visit for graduation. Here is Hailey making sure Grandpa Tom is all taken care of.
Hailey has expanded her talent of cutting hair from not only her hair but Cocco's hair! Yep that is coco's fur on the carpet.
We went to our first Real Soccer game this year and then Hailey went and had a sleep over with the Whites.
Hailey had her dance recital yesterday. She did such a good job and was supper excited that her Dad brought her some flowers.
Yeah, the day has come. Bub graduated from Utah State University with honors!!!! I'm so proud of you Bub, you have worked so hard for this day to come! Good Job!

Best Friends!
Hailey and Jonas have become such good friends! Hailey gets to go and play with Jonas every day I work . When I come to pick her up- she will chase Jonas down and give him hug and kiss because she will miss him. Jonas is a good sport!
This is my favorite picture! My cousin Crystal took the two of them to the park to play. Look how cute-they have there arms around each other. We are so glad to have the Bradley's living close by, thanks for all you do!

Kangaroo
I know I just posted but this is funny!
Hailey just came into my room with nothing but some underwear on. Then she started to hop around and say that she was the kangaroo on the Horton movie. As I watched her leave my room I saw this big round ball that she had stuck in the backside of her underwear. "Hailey what is in your bum?" She started to bounce back to my room and said, " It's my little Kangaroo mom, this is my pouch." And away she went, with the ball in her bum and her crack hanging out. She does make a pretty cute Kangaroo.
I took a picture but I figured it's probably not a great one to put online, but I am totally saving it!

Eggs Everywhere
We went down to the UC this weekend and had tons of fun!

We had a Easter egg hunt with the Wilson side of the family at the AF cemetery. Kind of weird, I know but it was fun. Hailey became attached to this cute little dog.
Hailey's favorite easter egg hunt was at my parents home. She had no competition. Look at the speed this girl has. She'll do anything for candy.

I think I've only dyed easter eggs like twice in my life. We did it at my parents this year and it was so fun! We'll definitely have to do this again, we learned some tricks as we went along.

Hannah Montana
Hailey: Mom, did Hannah Montana come from Heavenly Father?
Me: Ummm, yeah.
Hailey: YES, I have the best idea! I just have to tell Dad the Hannah Montana come from Heavenly Father and then he will like her to huh?
That's my girl!
Hailey started to like Hannah Montana when she saw her at the dentist and she found out both of their names start with the letter "H". Bub hates Hannah. Anyway, Hailey thinks it's funny to ask Bub if he like Hannah Montana because he gets mad (pretend). So, now Hailey is sure she will get her Dad to like Hannah and she is so excited!

It is a crazy life!
Here are some updates in our life:
So many changes are about to come our way. What are they you wonder? Well now, that is a good question. Bub is graduating in May (yeah), so he may get a new job or not, he may get into a school or not,we may move or not. One thing is for sure, there is a baby coming whether we are ready or not! We really are so excited for a little one to be in our home but time is just flying. The baby will be here before we know it.
One year ago last month my Dad was diagnosed with cancer. It has been a whole year and he is doing awesome. The doctors are amazed at how well he has responded to treatments. He is such a strong man and yes he is still running. I love you Dad!
Bub is in warm Las Vegas this weekend for an interview and he gets to see his brother and his cute family! We wish we could have tagged along. I am still working and it has been crazy busy lately. Of course just when I am slowing down and bending over is not such an easy thing, is when my job picks up. But hey, I'm thankful for a job and even more thankful that I will be going on maternity leave. Yeah! As for Hailey, the girl has spunk and personality. She just started a tumbling class with Jonas (her cousin) and another friend. And she loves it! We sure love that girl!

During our car ride-
Hailey: Mom, when you have your baby are you going to say ouch?
Me: Ummm, probably.
Hailey: Oh, well I don't want to be there okay.
Me: Sounds good to me! Hailey do know how mommy's baby is going to get out of her belly?
Hailey: Ya, you going to sneeze really hard and it will pop out of your belly button and you will say ouchy.
Me: hmmmm, sounds about right!
Yes, I know this could have been a great teaching experience, but I don't even like to think about it. So, sneezing and having a baby pop out sound great to me!

A Family of 3.5
Spring break in Cache Valley of course comes with 13" of fresh snow, so we decided to take some family pictures. Our last ones with just us three!
Right when the timer went off to take the picture, Bub feel through the snow! It was pretty funny to watch him try and get out of it. The snow was as deep as his waist!
Bub had spring break this week and we got to spend more time with him. It was so nice to have him home around 6 when he got done working instead of midnight.
We ended spring break with a vacation to SLC! A huge trip, I know, but super fun! We stayed over night in SLC and took Hailey to watch Disney on Ice. Then we had lunch with my family, walked the temple grounds, went to a free art class for kids, went swimming , and just enjoyed each others company!
And here is baby number 2! The baby is growing so fast and moving around like crazy. The baby must be a soccer player. Thats what Bub is wishing for!
