Thanksgiving Time

Now that is is almost Christmas time, I thought I would  post about our Thanksgiving.

I made some turkey shirts for my girls, the loved them.  I told Mia to be a turkey and she turned into a dog instead.

I feel so lucky that we got to go to Utah with Bub for Thanksgiving and spend time with my whole family.  My brothers are both back from their missions so this is our first Thanksgiving since 2008 having everyone together.  We also had two extra ladies there, my sweet sister-in-law Vanessa and my soon to be sister-in-law Austie.

The weather was perfect and we got to all go for a nice walk before we stuffed our bellies.

Hailey has been busy with dance.  They have been doing a few parades-this is a picture of some of my favorite people waiting to see Hailey come by in the night parade.

We tried to do our own family pictures this year.  That will be a memory in itself:)

My girls just having fun!

Mia was picking apples from my parents tree-she loved them.

Taking a stroll around the block.
Mia and her favorite animal friend.
My Dad and Sam playing some hoops.

                                                                        Good times.

We couldn't get Mia to hold still for anything-but I still got a  picture that I will love forever!

Growing, Growing.........I

Guess What? Mia's hair is growing.  You can not really tell it is longer because it is getting more and more curly.

I feel like I need to capture Mia at her fun age-this girl is non-stop.  I love her hair!

Mia is longer than the stairs, she can no longer fit perfectly in place.

Mia-I love you!

This girl has grown up soooooo much within just one year.  Hailey is now reading-we are so proud of her.

Dancing it up at Halloween

Mia was Rapunzel and the dress was a little big for her. Hailey was a cowgirl ridding a horse.
We took the girls to a trunk-or-treat at Hailey's school.  It was the biggest school production I have ever seen. It was so much fun!  I am glad we all got to be there together and spend a great night as a family.
Mia did not like the bouncy house at all.
Mia, Pascal (Gecko from Tangeled), and Me
Hailey had a dance performance at the mall and she did great!  She was so nervous about people watching her, but them she got out there and smiled big.

Fun Times!

Bub is 30!

                                                                        Bub is the big 30!
Mia was so excited for Bub's Birthday.
I was so excited to make this cake for Bub, I knew that he would love it!  We only ate a little sliver of the cake, and we were sooooo sugared out.
                                                                       Bub and his girls!
Me and my hubby.  I can't believe we have been together since Bub was 17 years young.  Where has time gone?
                                                                                Silly girls!
                                                                          We love you Bub!

Mia's 2 Year Old Pictures

I love these fun pictures of Mia.  My brother Bruce (check out georgebrucephoto.blogspot.com) took these pictures of her this summer right after Mia turned 2 years old.  I love this silly girl-to bad we could not get her to give us her beautiful big smile.  I think she was a little worried about being in the long grass:)
