DREAMS

I had a dream last night that I could not wake up from fast enough. It was awful. By the time I was awake, I found myself standing next to my bed sobbing. I felt like a little kid that had to be held just to be able to calm down and take a breath; which is exactly what Bub did, he just held me. In my dream, I lost my little Mia, she had been hit by a car and it was all to real. But, after I calmed down, all I could think about is- I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE MY GIRLS! I love them so much, and I need to slow down and enjoy their cute faces even more. My girls make me so happy, they make me smile, laugh, learn, grow, cry, and they are the focus of most of my prayers. I love them every day, but I need to love our every moments! The girls are in such fun stages, but I am so confused at how Hailey can possibly be out of her toddler years already. And I am reminded each day by Mia's witty remarks that she is 2 years old not 2 months old. Oh how I love my girls, and I love my family of 4! And if my family happens to stay this size forever, oh how blessed I am to have my family of 4! I LOVE YOU BUB, HAILEY, AND MIA!

Funny Things

We were driving in the car on our way to Hailey's Dance class on Thursday. Hailey was in her tights and leotard and hair in a bun when she said, "Mom, are these the tights that help me hold in my tummy? I only want to think about dancing not holding in my tummy too, so I need tights to do the job for me."

Oh my, I started laughing so hard.

Cancun, Mexico

Bub and I are about to celebrate our 8th Anniversary. We decided to take a trip, (by ourselves) to Cancun, Mexico. This was our first trip like this and it was sooooooo fun! We saw so many amazing things that I knew existed but just in books. We got to see them in real life-it was awesome!

We went and visited some ruins, which were amazing. Really, it was a testimony builder for Bub and I both.

I took this picture laying down my beach chair next to Bub! It was paradise!
This picture was also from my Beach Chair.
Our Room is somewhere around there.
It was hard to take pictures because it was humid and my camera kept on fogging up:( But I have great memories!
We went to the market in Playa de Carmen-it was awesome!
I found these cute dresses for my girls!
Yummy drinks-Virgin of course!
We went to this awesome park called Xcaret, we saw tons of wild life, went snorkeling in underground rivers and swam with ocean fish. We had so much fun!

At Xcaret, there was a cool butterfly garden. Butterflies were all over the place- it was fun but a little hard to walk through. We were scared we would step on the butterflies.
This picture has part of the river that you float down and snorkel behind us-it was one of our favorite things.

This is the entrance to the underground river- I was so scared. I spent a long time on those stairs before I decided I would actually go in all the way.
We just finished our Snorkel trip-so fun! We were swimming with crazy ocean fish!

There are a bunch of sink holes in Cancun that people jump into and swim in.
This is a picture of the sink hole (sonote) we went to. It is so scary! I made Bub jump in and wait for me while I jumped in. I think I was in the water for about 1 min. I was in and out-it was much more fun just to look at everyone else do it:)
Bub found an awesome Taco Stand-he was so happy!
This was an experience of our life time I will never forget! Thanks babe for bringing me- we had so much fun! Hopefully someday we will get to do this again. Thanks to my family for watching the girls so we could go on this trip!

Hailey's First Day of School

The night before school started Hailey was feeling so anxious. It was kind of cute, I have never seen her so nervous about anything, but she was nervous about a lot of things related to school. She said she heard that 1st grad teachers are mean, she was scared she wouldn't know anyone, she was scared of getting lost at the school because now she is with the big kids. The poor girl's imagination was definitely working overtime. Bub gave Hailey a blessing that night, the next morning was uneventful and she made it to the bus with no problems. I thought about Hailey all day, wondered what she was doing at certain times of the day, I hoped she was happy. Then, 330 rolled around and I waited for the bus to drop her off. Hailey was so happy, she had the biggest smile on her face and said, "Mom, I was wrong, 1st grade is was better than Kindergarten!"

This little guy belongs to one of my close friends in Utah. Look at him, isn't he so cute! I have been wanting to get back into photography and I am so glad I got to do this photo shoot. Check out my photopage at nellysphotography.blogspot.com. I hope to update every 2 weeks.
