Touro-A Jewish School

Moving to Henderson has been a great move for us. It is still crazy hot here but there are so many great things that have happened that makes the heat not an issue.

Perks-
We live in an awesome ward.
We have made great friends.
Bub loves what he is learning!
Hailey is in preschool and loves it!
Oh yeah, Bub has a new calling, he is in NURSERY!
I'm still at home with the girls!

And another great perk--
Touro is a Jewish school and the students get Jewish holidays as well as the normal holidays off. I love this! I have never paid close attention to the Jewish holidays until now but I have learned that this time of year there are a couple. YEah, we will get to have Bub home more often. Bub had this last Friday off so we had a game night with some friends. I was tons of fun!

Oh yes and my favorite perk ever-
Bub has a class called osteopatic manipulation (something like that). Anyway, he comes home and gets to practice on me and Hailey! We love it, it's basically like an awesome massage!

$GAS$

I was collecting some garbage from my car while filling it up with gas when I started to hear gas dripping on the cement. All I could think about was, "Oh no, there goes my money!" I hurried over to the gas hose and pulled it out of my car and gas continued to shoot out of the hose at full blast. I thought maybe the handle was stuck, so I squeezed the handle but the handle was completely loose. I pushed every button I could see to get the gas to stop coming out of the hose but on and on it came. A very nice guy was on his way back to his car when he heard me yelling, "Help, I need some help." He came over asking if the lever was stuck and he tried everything to get it to stop. He handed the hose back over to me and he ran up to the gas station building and pushed the emergency shut off button. Yeah, the gas finally stopped. It seemed like it was going on forever which I think it had because now there was a small river of gas from me all the way to the building and down the gutter. The gas station lady came out asking the guy what he thought he was doing then she looked down and saw the river and started freaking out. She started to put up cones so nobody could come into the gas station to fill up, not like it would matter now that the gas had all been shut off. Then my nice helper started yelling, "Nobody light up, nobody light up." Anyway, it was pretty exciting and I was covered in gas meanwhile Mia is crying in the car and Hailey is screaming, "I need to pee let me out!" We are safe, got all our money back and got a free car wash! YEah!!!!

Take me out to the ball game.

We went to watch the Las Vegas 51's baseball game with the Longenecker's. We had cotton candy, drinks and yes, peanuts. It was so much fun! Thank you Longenecker's for the tickets, we had so much fun hanging out with you.

Sorry about the belly shot.
Hailey loves hanging out with Jaden and Alissa (her cousins). Alissa and Hailey being silly while eating a yummy treat!
The girls and I went to Utah this last week while Bub had his first block (test) week. We got to sleep over at Cam and Addy's and we had so much fun. Hailey and Rio played with babies all night and the next day. Rio saw me with my nursing cover on while I was feeding Mia then the next thing I saw was cute Rio with the cover around her neck and she was holding a baby. It was pretty funny but really she was just wrapping her baby up in a blanket that goes around your neck? :)
My Mom and Dad teach temple prep and family relations class at a singles ward. I went to listen to the lesson and was a little out of place with my Mia. Anyway, my Mom and Dad are awesome teachers!
My Mom got to drive back to Henderson with me and it was 15 times better to have her there. She drove the whole way while I took care of the girls! Thanks for all your help Mom!
