Time to Say Good Bye
We had to say goodbye to the Jeep yesterday. Bub and Hailey both wanted to cry. I cried too but because I was so excited to get a Honda Odyssey. This morning I took Hailey to school in the Odyssey and she sat in the back and yelled, " Mom can you even hear me from back here, this is awesome." So much fun!

San Diego
My parents took us to San Diego for Christmas. We stayed in a beach house on Mission bay and the view was heavenly! People thought we were crazy, playing on the beach wearing summer clothes and thinking it was warm, but we sure had fun! Look at Hailey's smile-seriously- she was the happiest girl in the world!
This beachy area was right outside our door to the beach home. SOOOOOO FUN! Now we just need to do this again in the summer time:)
Many hours were spent just hanging out, we really did not have any plans but just to spend time together.
We played Frisbee and soccer in the sand.
There was a fun playground right their too-I'm telling you-it was awesome!
We were on the quest for the best Mexican food and we found this place in the old down town, by far the best. I think we had Mexican food like 4 nights in a row- yes it was worth it!
Sunday, we decided to have a little fun and do an indoor pinata.
My poor Mom, the boys made sure to take advantage of this moment.
It was nice to have our own little home away from home to stay in and be comfortable, until...... Night came. So, we were all asleep when I woke up and thought someone was trying to break in the house. Then we discovered there were racoons and rodents that lived in the ceiling. UHHHHH, they were horrid, so loud, these must have been really healthy animals. We really thought they were going to fall through the ceiling and land right on our faces. Turns out sleeping at night was a little rough but hey it was exciting.

2 Months Later
Okay so, time to catch up! Christmas was so much fun-my family came down from Utah Christmas Eve and we had Christmas morning at our new place all together! The best part was watching Mia and Hailey, they were so excited. On Christmas Eve night, we were all hanging out when Hailey looked at us and said, " You guys are crazy, I'm going to bed so I can get presents in the morning, I hope Santa does not see you all awake." And then she went right to bed. It was awesome.
Christmas morning-so fun!
Good morning girls!
We were really good this year!
You all know that snow from the North Pole does not melt, not even in the desert. Santa's sleigh tracks and foot steps were right outside our door.
